The patented chilling process of rotating horizontally and spraying with ice water is perfectly safe to immediately open carbonated drinks like beer and soda; they will not foam over, de-fizz, or explode upon opening.
For cans, the Cooper Cooler™ is 90 times faster than a refrigerator or 40 times faster than a freezer. For wine bottles, it is 20 times faster than a refrigerator or 10 times faster than a freezer.
It is great for chilling wine to the proper temperature in minutes, high 60°’s in 1 minute, low 50°’s in 3.5 minutes, and low 40°’s in 6 minutes (remember, different wines need to be served at different temperatures).
